"The dispute between Benjamin Burnley, who is the sole founder, primary musician, singer and songwriter for the band Breaking Benjamin, and two of the bands ex-members has been resolved. Benjamin Burnley retains his right to use his band name and Breaking Benjamin will continue.

Benjamin Burnley states:

A little late, but I am happy to confirm that Breaking Benjamin will continue their music and got everything settled despite of what happened, we can all look forward to the future that is of Breaking Benjamin.

Hmm . I actually don't know where to start, they're so amazing xDD . First song I ever heard from them was Dance with the devil tonight (:. It was by accident, but I fell in love. They're songs... Oh my god. They speak to me. They bring out something in me. And they've gotten me through so much. I love them. In all honesty I do. Give me a sign, breath, Anthem of the Angels .. <3 I'll honestly go hours listening to their songs, a whole day, doing nothing else but listening. They're the most amazing band ever. No doubt <3

I'm pretty sure they said that they were just taking a break to find a new drummer cause the old one split. :/ I don't think he's gonna stop singing. He's way too good to stop. He's not an idiot. I mean drummers are dime a dozen so hopefully they'll get that fixed and ready to go soon. :)
